Every Monday, 3jlo calculates your net losses from the previous Sunday to Saturday period. Net loss means total bets placed minus total winnings received. When do my points reset?
Loyalty Points reset to zero at the start of each calendar month — specifically at midnight (Philippine Standard Time) on the 1st. Your tier status for the new month is determined by how many points you accumulated during the previous month. Points from the previous month do not carry forward.
What happens if I drop below my tier threshold?
Tier status is reviewed monthly. If your points fall below the threshold for your current tier, you will be moved to the appropriate lower tier for the following month. Gold and Diamond members are protected for two consecutive months before a downgrade applies — giving you time to recover during lower-activity periods.
Can I earn points using bonus funds?
Wagers made with bonus funds earn Loyalty Points at 50% of the standard rate. Only real-money wagers earn the full point rate listed in the table above. This is a standard industry practice to prevent bonus-only accounts from climbing tiers without genuine deposits.
How do I withdraw my cashback?
