By accessing the 3jlo Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the 3jlo Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3jlo Platform and, if you have already created an Account, request closure of your Account by contacting 3jlo support.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension pending verification.
To access the 3jlo Platform's real-money features, you must register an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your 3jlo Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number or other personal information must be submitted to 3jlo support with appropriate documentation.
3jlo enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where fraud is involved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlo Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
3jlo will never contact you by phone, SMS, email, or social media to request your password or OTP. Any such communication claiming to be from 3jlo should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 3jlo support immediately.
You must notify 3jlo support without delay if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. 3jlo is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices, including using a strong unique password and enabling two-factor authentication.
3jlo implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages. Session timeouts apply after 15 minutes of mobile inactivity and 30 minutes of desktop inactivity as a baseline security measure.
6.1 Deposits. You may fund your 3jlo Wallet using the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page, which include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where reasonably practicable. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals below ₱50,000 from verified Gold and Diamond tier Accounts are ordinarily processed within 5 minutes. Processing times for other withdrawals may vary up to 3 business days depending on the payment channel and KYC status.
6.3 Currency. All transactions on 3jlo are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a deposit is made in another currency, the amount will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction; exchange rate differences are the Player's responsibility.
6.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 3jlo is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws. 3jlo may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Players must not use the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction with proceeds of illegal activity. Detection of suspicious financial activity will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
6.5 Unclaimed Balances. Account balances that remain inactive for a continuous period of 24 months following the last login may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. 3jlo will provide reasonable notice before any inactivity fee is applied.
All bonuses offered by 3jlo are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to all applicable terms.

The 3jlo Loyalty Program rewards Players with Loyalty Points for qualifying real-money wagers placed on eligible games. Points accumulate over rolling monthly qualifying periods and determine a Player's tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond) for the following month.
Loyalty Points and tier status have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or bequeathed. Points earned on bonus-funded wagers may attract a reduced accumulation rate as specified in the Loyalty Program terms.
3jlo reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Program structure, tier thresholds, point accumulation rates, and tier benefits at any time with reasonable advance notice to Players. Tier benefits are awarded in good faith and may be withdrawn where a Player's Account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

All content on the 3jlo Platform, including but not limited to the 3jlo brand name and logo, game graphics, audio, video, software, text, and design elements, is the proprietary intellectual property of 3jlo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, or creating derivative works from any 3jlo content without prior written authorization from 3jlo.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jlo's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 3jlo Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 3jlo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3jlo does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 3jlo takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 3jlo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
3jlo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure due to a material breach of these Terms, 3jlo may forfeit any remaining Wallet balance. Where Account closure is not caused by a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 3jlo arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be directed to 3jlo support in the first instance via the email address on the Platform's contact page.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of resolving any such dispute.
3jlo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3jlo will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the Platform or by SMS to registered mobile numbers, where practicable.
The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
